RETURN POLICY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Must initiate return within 4 days of receipt. (Please Note: if selecting local pickup, it is 4 days from the day WE receive it) To initiate return, please email info@theclassicfarmhouse with the following:

   a. Name

   b. Order Number

   c. Description of item

   d. Reason for return

   e. If damaged, please attach photo of damage/flaw

2. Return must meet ALL requirements listed to be accepted.  

   a. Please ensure the item has the original tags and is returned in its original packaging with the SKU label. Please do not remove the “do not remove tags” if there's a tag on the item. No odors of any kind, no pet hair, and must be unworn. 

 

3. You will receive a return authorization email from us (TCF) with directions on how and where to mail your item back. Item must be mailed back and received within 7 days of receiving return authorization email. 

 b. [Action Needed] Please write the Order number on the return package (on the box or return label), and write the Order number on a piece of paper and include it on the packages.

   c. [Action Needed] If there's an invoice in the package, please include the invoice in the return package.

4. Return shipping is buyers responsibility. 

5. Account credit will be given upon confirmation of return being received.
